In this Retail Radar we will be taking a look at how traffic patterns have been evolving very rapidly in the post-lockdown era. The when and where of traffic in shopping precincts and into stores has changed dramatically.
Using the Kepler Retail Index of over 1800 stores across Australia and New Zealand, changes in days of week and times of day for the period of January 1st 2023 to March 26th 2023 are compared to the same period from 2022 to show the percentage changes of both Outside Traffic and Inside Traffic for retail stores.
